Carrie and Eric stood in line all night and got our tickets for the bus to Mount Rushmore. We were very thankful that we did not have to drive and fight the traffic. People were parking all up and down the mountain and some walked as much as 5 miles up hill. However,we were all disappointed that the fireworks were not visible. Sammy called them cloudworks. Because the fog rolled in all we could see was colored clouds. (PS it was very COLD!!!) Pete said it was the Disney World of South Dakota... crazy traffic and LOTS of people!
