Yeah.. we finally made it to Brenda's in Robinson, IL. I am so glad to finally get to see the town that I have heard about for so many years. We unloaded our stuff, went a tour then headed to Jody and Kevin's(Brenda's daughter) for a BBQ. We had so much fun. Sammy loved being able to fish all day..he didn't stop till dark. We got to see both of Ron's brothers, Brenda's dad, Jamie's (Brenda's other daughter), Jeff''s wife Kim, Jeff's son Terry and others. The food and fellowship was great. The only bad part was Brenda's driving on the way to Jody's. (HA HA)

Trip Day 3

Today we went to Nashville. The first part of the day was great. We went to the Opry Mills Mall, ate lunch at the Rain Forest Cafe and I went to the OxygenBar. (For those of you who are like me and didn't know what that is, it is a new type of massage..sort of.. you are hooked up to oxygen with aromatherapy and then are put into a massage chair. The oxygen is supposed to help you relax. Gets rid of sinus headaches etc... it was wonderful!) It was so hot today that we did not even go downtown. We went back to the cabin and went swimming etc. The second part of the day not so good... I had a stomach bug so needless to say we just decided to stay at the cabin. Lots of entertainment..the neighbors said that there were naked people swimming in the pool at 4:00 in the morning..we missed it.. sound asleep. I think the neighbor was a little upset and when he siad can you believe they were swimming naked.. Pete's comment was cool..needless to say I then think they thought we were weird. We left Nashville this morning headed for Brenda's.

Trip Day 2

Day 2 was good because we started the day out eating breakfast with Randy. He took us to this really good place called DEEKS. Then we headed out for Aunt Murl's in Tracy City, TN. We had a really good time visisting with them. Sad that we didn't get to see Rachel, Casey and Shawn. Shawn's girlfriend cooked us supper and had us a place to sleep so we really appreciate that. As you can tellby the picture, Pete had a little road rage going thru Atlanta but other than that the driving was good. Sammy had a blast trying to catch fire flies.

Trip- Day 1

Pete picked Sammy up at 11:00 from his Florida Outdoor Adventures camp then came to Lakeland to pick me up from my training. We spent last night (June 24th) with Pete's mom and Uncle Jack in Chiefland Fl. We had a great time visiting and the food was really good! We drove out to Hart Springs (Mine and Bev's favorite place on earth) but could not swim because the river was up too high. Sammy enjoyed getting to play the guitar with his cousin David. Pete and I both seem to still be on work time and we were both up at 4:30 am. We are meeting Randy and Belinda for breakfast and then headed to the Shrum's in Tracy City, TN.
